Josh Simons is the CEO and co-founder of Vampr, the world’s largest and most active professional network for musicians – not to mention previous winners of SF MusicTech. With over half a million users, and active in every country on the planet, the Los Angeles-based startup has helped fledgling musicians broker over 5 million connections worldwide. Prior to starting Vampr, Josh enjoyed a career as a successful songwriter and indie record label manager with 10 million+ streams, sharing credits with Travis Scott and global touring stages with Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. He has worked in the music industry for over 10 years. His Vampr co-founder Baz Palmer is a hall-of-fame musician with his band Hunters + Collectors who are among the most well known bands in Australia’s history, going 12x platinum and touring the world for 20 years.
